As a leader, you are only as good as your team. So, how can you tell you’re on a great one?

Great teams spend time together because they want to, not because they have to.
Great teams share a common passion and vision that flows through everything they do.
Great teams put their people before their plan.
Great teams celebrate victories and never judge misses.
Great teams are more like a family than like a group of co-workers.

As a great leader once told me…with good people you can do great things. But, with the right people, you can CHANGE THE WORLD.
